We would like to create opportunities for our members to get together, socialize and learn new skills (we are never too old to learn new skills), in a familiar space, our very own HPC building. Family, it is so important to participate in social events to combat loneliness, improve mental and physical health, and maintain a sense of purpose and connection. Socializing, being part of a group, learning, can reduce the risk of depression, anxiety, and cognitive decline, while also fostering a sense of community and belonging.
We already have a strong connection in our church community. Let us spend more time together in a fun and constructive way.
