Care Giving
Stephen Ministry is the one-to-one lay caring ministry that takes place in congregations that use the Stephen Ministries system.
Stephen Ministry congregations equip and empower lay caregivers—called Stephen Ministers—to provide high-quality, confidential, Christ-centered care to people who are hurting.
We are looking for people who desire to enter into a caregiving relationship with people who request a Stephen Minister through our traditional caregiving process. As a Stephen Minister you are assigned to a person who has expressed a need for a care giver, and enter into a relationship that may last for a day, a month, or in some cases a year or more. You and your care receiver determine how the caregiving process will proceed.
If you are interested in considering becoming a care receiver, contact the church office so that they can connect you with our Stephen Ministry leadership team.
